Each month a teacher will be selected from the entries to be recognized as our Department Spotlight of the month. The teachers nominated should possess the following attributes.

1. Demonstrates outstanding dedication, service and commitment through his/her respective department, campus organization, service or volunteer efforts.

2. Demonstrates the spirit of SPHS in overall attitude and interactions with co-workers, faculty, students, and/or visitors within the system.

3. Has excelled in the performance of his/her duties, promoted teamwork and inspired excellence in others.
