Please complete ALL the below questions regarding your 7th or 8th Grade Dance audition questions PRIOR to auditions.  This form is due NO LATER than FRIDAY, APRIL 17, 2020..  PLEASE NOTE: This audition is an opportunity to be placed in an honors level Elective Class for Dance (8th Grade PD is on 1st Semester B DAYS & 7th PD is 2nd Semester B DAYS).

7th Grade Performance Dance Auditions (for current 6th Graders): Please complete below form and all audition video footage by FRIDAY, APRIL 17TH

8th Grade Performance Dance Auditions (for current 7th Graders NOT in Performance Dance): Please complete below form and all audition video footage by FRIDAY, APRIL 17TH There are limited spots on the roster for 8th Graders entering Performance Dance.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Students may choose ONLY ONE ARTS HONORS LEVEL ELECTIVE! (Dance, Drama, Art, Chorus). You can audition for multiple, but ultimately may only choose one.

Please know there is a fee for a Performance Dance T-shirt in the Fall (cost is typically $15-$20). There are some other miscellaneous costs associated with Performance Dance ranging from $5-$30. Additionally, it is encourage that all Performance Dance Families join the BMS Performing Arts Booster Club at the start of the school year (minimum $5 membership).
