MCSD Student Transportation Request Form, 2022-2023
MCSD Parents/Guardians:

In order for your students to be assigned a bus to or from school, you must fill out this form by August 15, 2022. Should circumstances change throughout the year, students would be able to sign up at any time, with the understanding that it could take up to five business days to implement these changes.

1) Students may have a single point of pick up and drop off with one alternate site.
2) Assigned seating will be left to driver discretion.
3) Use the home base school for the walking policy. The district's walking policy can be found on the Transportation page (www.maloneschools.org/district/transportation) along with for walking maps.

Changing Start Times
For the 2022-23 school year, we will return to having one bus run. Through our Thought Exchange survey in the fall, we heard from many parents and guardians that the dual bus run splitting elementary routes from middle/high school was problematic. We will switch back to having all schools back on the same timing for the instructional day:
- Start time: 7:45 a.m.
- End time: 2:30 p.m.
