Trainer
Ir Ts Dr Leong Kah Hon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Green Technology at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Civil and Environmental Engineering) from Universiti Malaya and professional qualifications from the Board of Engineers Malaysia and Malaysia Board of Technologists. He practised engineering in Singapore for three years before joining the education sector. He was awarded the AAET Green Award 2021 (Malaysia) for his great contribution to environmental sustainability. He has more than six years of experience in teaching. His effective and interactive teaching methods that emphasise hands-on approaches have earned him much recognition. He was also the recipient of UTAR Teaching Excellence Award in year 2021.
