Kenna's Wings Basketball 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament Liability Waiver: I understand McKenna's Mission Inc. will NOT be held responsible for injuries or loss of property while the below person is competing in the tournament. I do hereby release McKenna's Mission Inc. its officers, agents and employees from all liability including claims and suits in law or equity for any injury, fatal or otherwise. The signature below absolves McKenna's Mission Inc. of all responsibility for loss of personal property. Furthermore, I realize the risks involved to the participant. I will pay, or cover through my insurance, any medical or hospital expenses, doctor bills or other expenses which could be incurred as a result of treatment given the below named participant for illness, including covid infection, or injury while attending or subsequent to attending the Kenna's Wings tournament. I here by authorize the staff of Kenna's Wings tournament to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I further understand McKenna's Wings Inc. retains the right to use, for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of participants taken at the tournament. By filling this form signifies an electronic signature, and agreement to the waiver.
