There are a myriad of upcoming grant funding opportunities available right now making it difficult to understand and navigate to the right grant program to meet your project needs. This half-day workshop will provide a preview of state funding as well as highlight two upcoming National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) grant announcements that support project work in coastal New Hampshire and the Upper Connecticut River. You will hear directly from funders, learn important tips for creating a competitive proposal, find ways to connect with potential match, and have a chance to talk through specific project ideas with funders and the Field Liaison team.
*GPS will sometimes guide you to the lumber yard rather than the training facility. In order to avoid this, particpants should turn onto Riverwood Drive across from Air Gas when traveling to the facility. Please call Courtney Greene at (401)265-6625 or Kim Groff at (508)932-5528 on the day of the event if you encounter any issues locating the facility.
