INTERNET USE - I have read and understood the school rules for responsible internet use, and give permission for my child to access the internet.  I agree that my child will abide by the rules at all times.  I understand that the school will take all reasonable precautions to ensure pupils cannot access inappropriate materials.  I understand that the school cannot be held responsible for the nature or contact of materials accessed through the internet.  I agree that school is not liable for any damages arising from use of the internet facilities. *
UNIFORM - I have received a copy of the school's uniform guide.  I agree that my child will conform to it and that I will support the school in promoting it. *

SCHOOL VISITS - I consent to my child participating in local visits.  Travel to such visits would be either on foot, by staff car, by coach or minibus, to and/or from local sports venues / educational visit venues / parks and outdoor spaces.  All visits will be risk assessed and have the required level of staff supervision and cover.  I understand the school will inform me if my child is going to be participating in a local visit via ParentMail, or in some circumstances, a letter sent home. *
COMMUNICATION WITH HOME - I consent for school to give correspondence for my attention to my child to bring home with them.  This may include data specific to my child, as well as standard information and correspondence. *
