Southern California DSP MADD Event Registration 2019
Inland Empire Alumni Chapter's annual Make a Difference Day event will be held Saturday, October 26, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at Santa Claus, Inc. in San Bernardino.

Pre-register for the event and take advantage of the lower contribution amount. Individuals who register by Wednesday, October 23 qualify for the $10 contribution. After you complete your registration send $10 to ieactreasurer@dspie.org through PayPal using the "Sending to a Friend" option.

The contribution amount at the event will be $12 by cash, credit/debit card, or PayPal. We will also accept a check from the chapter contributing on behalf of its attending members.

Even though you have submitted this form, your chapter must also include you in it's count of members expected to attend when it RSVPs to agulino@gmail.com
