The Deputy Director of Programming position will be under the office of the Vice President and will assist in all matters regarding programming and logistics for Leadership Retreat, Spring Convention, and/or any other events the Vice President will be responsible for planning. It would be preferred that this person attend both conferences. Duties might include calling organizations or vendors, helping set up the day of the event, helping with workflows and hotel arrangements, etc.
