This form allows us to connect you with a family or individual based on your financial ability to give. We partner with the Urban League of Broward County in order to identify these families with a truly great need, and will directly match you to them via an introductory email. We request that you respect the privacy of their information as you determine how to best help your match.

We will be sharing your phone number with your match as well as their number with you in order for you to discuss the best method for you to give in their specific situation. You can choose to make this exchange purely transactional or you can reach out further to make the person feel heard. There is no wrong way to express your generosity.

This is a manual process, so you may not be matched and hear from us right away. Please be patient, as we are looking for the best possible outcome for our applicants and send out custom emails once that connection is made. We will try our best to get back to you as quickly as possible, within 7 days.

The personal information you share on this form is completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone until you are matched.
