I hereby give permission to issue accounts for my student for internet access and 3rd party accounts such as/but not limited to Google, G-Suite for Education & Additional Services, Zoom, SeeSaw, laconiaschools, etc. that are for educational purposes. I understand that the Laconia School District uses an extensive collection of productivity and collaboration tools in classrooms to enhance teaching and learning in innovative ways and certify that the information contained on this form is correct. *
