Attending most sessions is encouraged, however there are no hard requirements around attendance.
This series is newbie-friendly and will support deliberate practice of the “dance steps” of the IS “house style”: noticing and curiosity x sensation, emotion, story. Cohort size is uncapped, so there might be multiple concurrent circles of varying sizes.We may start with exercises some days, and at least 60 minutes will be reserved for full organic-focus Circling practice.

Optional 30 minute afterparty follows, 11:30 to Noon Pacific Time
