PBC Summer Hitting Camp Registration
Thank you for your interest in Portland Baseball Club.  This form is to register for our summer hitting camps.  After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation screen with payment info.  You will also receive an email confirmation with payment info.  You will receive an email the day before camp with the instructional materials that we will covering at camp.  Please review prior to camp.

Space is limited to 8 players per week.  If the date is listed below, there is still space available.

I authorize Portland Baseball Club and it's coaches to act for me and arrange emergency medical attention if the need requires.  I understand that if I have a fever over 100.3, COVID-19 related symptoms, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past week, I will not attend camp.  Refunds will be given as credit towards future camps.
