Perth Frontrunners Office Bearer and Committee Member Nomination Form - AGM2023
This is the nominations form for the 2023 AGM to be held on Saturday 2 September 2023 at 4:00PM. Please read these instructions carefully.
  • Our elections are conducted in accordance with our Club Rules, available HERE 
  • Nominations for all positions will close at 11.59PM on Saturday 26 August 2023. Nominations will only be taken from the floor of the AGM if the number of nominees for a position is less than the positions available. Do not assume you will be able to nominate on the floor of the AGM for a position you might be interested in.
  • You can nominate for more than 1 position, and the positions will be filled in this order: Co-President(s), Treasurer, Secretary, Ordinary Committee Members.
  • The number of Ordinary Committee Members is decided by the AGM before the elections. 
  • You can nominate for position(s) even if you can't attend the AGM.
  • Nominees need to be ordinarily resident in Western Australia.
  • If there are more nominees than position(s) available, then on Sunday 27 August 2023:-
             - The nominees for any such positions will be informed, and invited to speak to the AGM for no more than 2 minutes, should they choose to do so; and
             - The membership will be informed of the positions for which an election will be held, and the nominees for those positions.
  • Any elections for positions will be held live at the AGM, by way of an anonymous ballot. Note: each paid member present at the AGM gets 1 x vote per election, no proxies allowed.
