Dear Colleagues,
Registration is now open for the 2023 Early Career Scientist Symposium, jointly organized by Riverside Postdoctoral Association (RPA) and the Institute for Integrative Genome Biology Symposium (IIGB). It is scheduled to take place on
June 9th, 2023 at the
Genomics Building on the UCR Campus in Riverside, CA.
The objective of this symposium is to give
postdocs (i.e., postdoctoral/visiting scholars and project scientists) and graduate students opportunities to share their work with the community and gain experience as disseminators of knowledge.
- Registration fee: FREE
- Deadline for abstract submission: March 31st, 2023 （extended to April 7th, 2023）
- Deadline for registration: April 30th, 2023
Prizes for best talk and posters will be awarded for research, including $500 for the best presentation, $300 for the second place winner, $200 for the third place winner (to be transferred to the winner's department for research-related expenses, including conference travel), and three $75 gift cards for the poster presentations.
To attend the symposium, you must be registered. Lunch will be provided for speakers and registered attendees.
