I /we agree that tailtrips cab service for pets is facility and min non refundable booking amount is 150 INR for local

In case of out station the min non-refundable amount is 500 INR

The charges may vary as per change in fuel prices and would be applicable . The min per km charge is 22 INR over and above , will be charged from garage to garage.

The Service Provider maintains vehicle insurance covering third-party damage and accidents. However, the pet's personal insurance and well-being are the sole responsibility of the Passenger.

The Service Provider is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the pet during transit, except where caused by the negligence or fault of the Service Provider.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, or storms), governmental actions, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, terrorism, transportation delays, or any other unforeseen event ("Force Majeure").

In case of cancellation with in 30 mins of booking , only 50% of non refundable amount will be returned

tailtrips reserves the right to accept or nor accept any travel booking request

Service will be booked for min 45 mins advance travel request

In case pet parent is not accompanying the pet for travel ( local or outstation ) , the service provider or driver will not be responsible for anything happening to pet due to travel sickness or any unwanted , unexpected situation etc

Local or outstation per km charge is 22/- INR ,will be calculated from garage to garage . (ex . start from garage to pick up point distance + drop point distance + back to garage = total km x 15 rs )

pet parent need to provide fit to travel certificate and need to sign indemnity form ( in all cases )

in case of major illness ,pet parent need to accompany pet for travel .

in case of out station , additional driver allowance and stay charges applicable .

in case of outatation or even local , if toll charges are there then will be paid extra on actual

all tolls charges extra over and above , and will be on actual

out station driver allowance 250 rs per day extra over and above

without min non refundable booking amount , no service will be activated .

By booking the pet-friendly cab service, the Passenger acknowledges and agrees to the above Terms and Conditions.
