Thank you so much for your interest in online lessons!  My name is Mrs. (Madison) Powell.  I’m a professional musician, and I love my work as a private instructor.  I have been teaching violin privately for 15 years.  My number-one goal is to foster a love of music with each of my students.  I aim to help each student achieve personal excellence on the violin.

*Submittal of this form does not guarantee acceptance into Madison Powell's Violin Studio.  Submittal of this form will only add you to my studio waitlist.
*Mrs. Powell will send out a mass email to the waitlist ONLY if I have a spot open up.  From there we will schedule a 30-minute trail/interview lesson.  This will serve both as a set-up test, consultation, and mini-lesson.  This provides a chance to share your experiences and goals.  You will be able to gain more insight into my teaching style and ensure your Skype set-up will provide the experience we’re hoping for.

Other Information:
Lessons are once per week. We will schedule a regular lesson time. Each student agrees to practice regularly and to adequately prepare for lessons.
