This form is for ordering vouchers for one or two, to attend our sausage-making experience days.

Please note:
- We prefer payment via BACS. Details will display on-screen upon submission of this form. We do not accept cheques.
- Vouchers will not be sent until payment has been made and you have notified us at info@willowfarmgourmet.co.uk
- All vouchers are sent as a pdf to the email address supplied.
- Issuing of vouchers is not automatic and usually takes around two working days (excludes weekends) to be processed by our staff, so please be patient and order in good time.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the month of purchase.
