Extreme weather events put Refills on the Road customers, me, and the business itself at risk. I use my discretion to decide if it is safe to trade during named storms, snow, and other extreme weather. In the event that I need to curtail or cancel a refills stop on short notice, you may be notified using WhatsApp if you sign up using this form.
You will NOT be added to group messages. WhatsApp Business allows me to create 'Broadcast Lists' to stay in touch with you. In the event I need to send you a message, you won't see any replies from anyone else and if you reply it goes to me and only me.
In order for you to receive messages, you must:
- have WhatsApp installed on your phone
- have me in your contacts list - the phone number to add is 07985 266 154
If those conditions aren't met, you won't receive messages. If you want to stop receiving messages, please send me a text asking to be removed. Alternatively, delete me from your contacts list. (WhatsApp allows me, a micro business, to notify you for FREE. Other text broadcast platforms will charge me per message, which I cannot afford.)
The broadcast lists correlate to the locations the van visits. You may select as many locations as you like. You may also opt in to receive a weekly text of the week's upcoming stops or product alerts.
Location-specific messages will notify you if I have to cancel, if I learn of a road closure that might affect customer travel, or other disruptions that may affect your visit.
