CCA Financial Policy

I understand that by initialing below I am entering into a binding contract with CCA for the amount of tuition for the entire 2024-2025 school year and that I AM OBLIGATED to pay the FULL 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR'S TUITION even if I withdraw my child from CCA anytime during the school year or if my child is asked to leave CCA due to disciplinary actions.  I understand that CCA's budget is tuition based and that teacher salaries and all working expenses are budgeted dependent upon my commitment.

If you need to withdraw your child after disclosing your intent to CCA and submitting your application, you must contact us immediately. You will then be able to withdraw your child within 5 days of contacting us, up to August 1, 2024, but the registration fee will not be refunded. You will not be responsible for the full year's tuition prior to August 1, 2024.

Should my account become delinquent (more than 3 months behind), I understand that my child will not be able to return to classes until my account is made current.  Within 10 days of being asked to stay home due to non-payment, my child will be automatically withdrawn from CCA if arrangements are not made with and agreed upon by the CCA financial department to catch up with my payments.  The CCA Board reserves the right to require a unique and specific payment plan to ensure timely payment.

I understand there will be up to a $30 NSF fee charged to my account if a check is returned for any reason.

I understand that should I choose to withdraw my child, or my child is asked to leave due to academic or disciplinary actions, a HOLD will be placed on my child's school records and they will not be released. At that time, I understand have 3 choices:

1.) I can continue to pay the remaining school year according to the payment option I have chosen (the school records will be HELD until my account has been paid in full)

2.) I can pay the remaining year in full upon my child's withdrawal from CCA (the HOLD on school records will be removed and records will be released)

3.) I can recommend a new student to take my child's place in class at CCA.  Once the new student begins their first day at CCA I am released of my financial obligation from the new student's start date through the remainder of the school year. (The HOLD on school records will be removed upon the start date of the new student and records will be released at that time)

If I have applied for or receive the NCSEAA Opportunity Scholarship or ESA+, I understand that the award has been granted to me and not to the school.  I understand that CCA is not in contract with NCSEAA (Opportunity Scholarship or ESA+) to fulfill my financial obligation but rather CCA is in contract with me, and I am responsible to keep all payments current whether that is through working with the NCSEAA to meet their requirements or I by paying out of pocket if I am denied an award or lose the scholarship/grant for any reason. I understand that if my NCSEAA award draft direct deposited to CCA is delayed longer than 1 month from the start of school, I will be responsible to make payments to keep my account current until the NCSEAA award is direct deposited to CCA's account.  At that time, CCA will reimburse me for the portion I paid that NCSEAA directly deposits (except for the $250 Registration Fee. The $250 Registration Fee is non-refundable and required to be paid by every family.  It is a processing fee and will not be reimbursed.) I understand that if I withdraw from CCA before the school year is complete that the NCSEAA Opportunity Scholarship or ESA+ may not satisfy my remaining financial obligation to CCA for the school year and I will be expected to complete the payments left for the remainder of the school year even if my child no longer attends.

Payment Plan Selection Please indicate the Payment Plan you would like for the 2024-2025 school year.  Carefully read the Financial Policy below BEFORE choosing your option as you are entering into a binding FINANCIAL CONTRACT with the school for the FULL year's tuition amount for the 2024-2025 school year by making your selection. Invoices will be sent through the email we have on file for you.NCSEAA Award Recipients: If you are receiving the Opportunity Scholarship or ESA+ you will need to choose a payment plan selection as well in case you are required to pay any portion of your tuition out of pocket.  If the award draft to CCA is delayed longer than 1 month past the start of school, you will be required to make payments to keep your account current until the award is drafted to CCA at which time you will be reimbursed for the portion of the draft you paid. The $250 Registration Fee is non-refundable and required to be paid by every family.  It is a processing fee and will not be reimbursed.

Agreement with CCA's Spiritual Objective and Statement of Faith
Spiritual Objective

The Spiritual Objective of Christ Classical Academy is to provide its students, parents and staff with a Christian Classical environment that is conducive to the Christian growth and maturity of each.  Parents, faculty, staff, volunteers, coaches and board members must, therefore, be in agreement with Christ Classical Academy’s Statement of Faith. As an employee, coach, volunteer or representative of CCA, by signing below you are stating you agree wholeheartedly to comply with all points of the Statement of Faith in your own life, both in and out of school hours.  As a parent of CCA, by signing below you are stating that you agree to support CCA on all levels in teaching and enforcing the standard set by the Statement of Faith and the word of GOD.

Statement of Faith

1.     We believe the Bible to be the only inerrant, authoritative Word of God. (2 Tim. 3: 16-17)

2.     We believe in one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent and has all authority and power. He is an intelligent, spiritual Being and Creator of the universe. Whatever He purposes will come to pass. (Gen. 1; John 10:30, 37, 38)

3.     We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory. (Isaiah 7:14, Matt. 1:23)

4.     We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary. (Rom. 3:19)

5.     We believe that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” and are, therefore, separated from God and deserve death. (Rom. 6: 23)

6.     We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins so that our fellowship with God could be restored, and we could live righteously. (1 Peter 2:24)

7.     We believe in the ongoing cleansing from sin through confession to God through the Lord Jesus Christ. That God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin, seeking His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. (1 John 1:9; Acts 3:19-21; Rom. 10:9-10; 1 Cor. 6:9-11)

8.     We believe that there is salvation in no other person than Jesus Christ, and that, “if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.” (Acts 4:12, Rom. 10:9, Acts 3:19)

9.     We believe salvation is by grace through faith alone; it is the free gift of God. (Eph. 2:8-9, Rom. 6:23)

10.  We believe that faith without works is dead. (James 2:17, 26)

11.  We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. (Eph. 4:30, 1 Cor. 3:16, 6:19-20)

12.  We believe all Christians are commissioned to go and make disciples and teach them to obey God’s commands. (Matt. 28:19-20)

13.  We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost- the saved to resurrection of life and the lost to resurrection of damnation. (John 5:28-29)

14.  We believe Jesus Christ unites all believers through the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit. (Gal. 3:26-28)

15.  We believe that the Church is being prepared as the eternal bride of Christ and is reflected on earth through marriage between one man and one woman. We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture.  We believe that God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other. We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman.  (Gen. 2:18-25, 1 Cor. 6:18; 7:2-5; Rev. 19:6-8, Eph. 5:22-33, Heb. 13:4)

16.  We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person to reflect His image as specifically male or female and these two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person. (Gen. 1:26-27, Matt. 19:4)

17.  We believe that all human life is sacred and created by God in His image. Human life is of inestimable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death.  We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life.  (Ps. 139)

18.  We believe that any form of sexual immorality (including adultery, fornication, homosexual behavior, bisexual conduct, bestiality, incest and use of pornography) is sinful and offensive to God. (Matt 15:18-20; 1 Cor. 6:9-10)

19.  We believe that in order to preserve the function and integrity of Christ Classical Academy as the local Body of Christ, and to provide a biblical role model to Christ Classical Academy members and the community, it is imperative that all persons employed by Christ Classical Academy in any capacity, or who serve as volunteers, agree to and abide by this Statement of Marriage, Gender and Sexuality. (Matt. 5:16; Phil.2:14-16; 1 Thess. 5:22)

20.  We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes directed toward any individual are to be repudiated and are not in accord with Scripture nor the doctrines of Christ Classical Academy. (Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31)

Please INITIAL below stating that:

I have read the CCA Spiritual Objective and Statement of Faith and I understand that what is stated in the above Spiritual Objective and Statement of Faith is how my child will be taught and expected  to comply with while on or off campus or in any way representing CCA. As a parent, I understand that I am expected to abide by the Spiritual Objective and Statement of Faith while on campus and at all CCA events on or off campus.  I understand that CCA's Statement of Faith does not exhaust the extent of CCA's beliefs.  The Bible itself, is the inspired and infallible Word of GOD and speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, and is the sole and final source of all that we believe.  For purposes of Christ Classical Academy's faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, I understand that the Board of Directors is Christ Classical Academy's final interpretive authority on the Bible's meaning and application. *
Parent Commitment

1.)   We have read and understand the school's philosophy of Christian education and the Statement of Faith, and we agree with the purpose and philosophy of Christ Classical Academy. We agree to read the CCA Handbook found on the CCA website (cca4god.org) and will follow CCA's policies for our child and our family.

2.)   We, as parents, accept the challenge to "raise a child in the discipline and instruction of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4) and we do state that this training will be carried out in the home. We place our trust in Christ Classical Academy to extend the training more completely.

3.)   We have made a thorough investigation of the school's program curriculum, financial policy, discipline, dress code, grievance policy, etc. and we agree to make Christ Classical Academy our whole-hearted choice for the coming school year.

4.)   We will faithfully support the school through our prayers and a positive attitude.  In keeping with Matthew 18:15, we are committed to giving good report by sharing any complaints and negative comments only with people directly involved or empowered to be a part of a resolution of the problem.  We will abide by the CCA Grievance Policy to address any unresolved issues.

5.)   We understand that the standards of Christ Classical Academy do not tolerate profanity, obscenity in word or action, dishonor to the Trinity and the Word of God, disrespect to the personnel of the school, or continued disobedience to the established policies of the school.

6.)   We believe that discipline is necessary for the benefit of each student as well as for the entire school.  We give permission to the teachers and administration to make and enforce school guidelines in a manner consistent with Christian principles and discipline set forth in the Scriptures.

7.)   We pledge that if, for any reason, our child does not respond favorably to the school, we will do everything in our power to cooperate with the school to help our child make the necessary adjustments.  If these adjustments cannot be made, then we agree to quietly withdraw our child from CCA and fulfill our financial obligations as set out below in number 11.

8.)   We understand that assessments will be made to cover damages to the school, including breakage of windows, book damage, and the abuse of other personal property.

9.)   We will wholeheartedly support the school by our commitment to participate in Parent-Teacher Conferences, Orientations, Parent Teacher Fellowship, Sports & Band programs and boosters, the annual Christmas and End of the Year programs and other school sponsored events, fund raisers and activities.

10.)     We give permission for our child to take part in all school activities including physical activities and school sponsored trips away from the school grounds.  We also understand that personal cars will be used for transportation to and from school trips and hereby give permission for our child to accompany the class on these trips.

11.)     We agree to fulfill our obligation to pay the full amount of yearly tuition even if we withdraw our child/ren from CCA anytime during the school year. We understand that if we recommend new students that enroll and replace our children’s spot in the class, we are no longer obligated to remainder of the year’s tuition the new student replaces.

12.)     We believe that "the mouth speaks from that which fills the heart" (Luke 6:45) and it is vital that we as parents guard our child's heart and mind from influences that could corrupt them.  Therefore, we commit to maintain a wholesome environment for our child at home.  Among other things this means we will consider carefully and from a Biblical perspective what we allow our children to listen to, to read, to watch, or to post on social media platforms.  It also means that we will guard our own tongues around our children so that we do not criticize or disparage the school, their teachers and other CCA families in front of them.

Please INITIAL below stating:

We as parents of the student, do sincerely give our pledge to the above commitment.  We understand that failure of the parents or child to comply with the established guidelines and discipline, parent commitment, or failure to meet financial obligations will forfeit my child's privilege of attending Christ Classical Academy *
