Please fill out all of the requested information to register your son/daughter for the 2023 RC Spring Season High School team Jan 9th - end of May/Stotes.

Rowers practice 5 days indoors at RHS from Jan 9th to the end of February or beginning of March, weather pending. Once the water sessions start, rowers practice 2 days indoors + 4 days at PRRA until April 2nd; 1 day indoors + 5 days at PRRA until April 28th; and 6 days at PRRA for the rest of the season. We practice during the Spring Break, except for Friday, April 7th and Sunday, April 9th. See GroupSpot calendar for the detailed schedule.

Bussing is provided to/from PRRA for the weekday practices, Spring Break practices and for most Spring regattas.

In addition to this registration form, the following signed DOCUMENTATION are required:

- 2023 Expectations, Rules and Code of Conduct by Rowers and Parents (will be emailed to you once this registration is received)

All documentation is due before Jan 3rd 2023 (Please email to ridgewoodcrew2k@gmail.com) or at the tryouts.

The FEE for the Spring season is $3,000 and here is the payment plan:
- 1st payment of $1,000 is due at the tryout;
- 2nd payment of $1,000 is due by Feb 15;
- 3rd payment of $1,000 is due by Mar 15

2nd and 3rd payments may be made via check or Venmo (@RidgewoodCrew, code 8187 if needed).

RIDGEWOOD CREW COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL: Athlete Health Monitoring/Return to Training Guidelines - Check that you have read and agree to each item. *

1. All individuals must self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 daily. These symptoms include: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. If any of these symptoms exist the person should not come to the practice.

2. Ridgewood Crew will cooperate fully with the school administration on all Covid-19 matters, and we ask that families do so as well. The school has protocols for when a child is exposed, symptomatic, or tests positive. If all rowers and their families abide by the following basic rules, we should remain in compliance with the school policy, and more importantly, reduce the risk of spread. Specifically, if, per school guidelines, your rower is exposed to Covid, tests positive, or is symptomatic, we require the following: 2.1. Advise the coach or our team administrator as soon as possible; 2.2. Remove your child from practice; 2.3. Advise the school nurse; and 2.4. Allow your rower return to practice only when he/she is permitted to return to school.
