Each year our Colbert Elementary PTO puts together a student directory. This is a great way for families to connect within our Elementary School. Please fill out this form if you would like to be included in the student directory. This is completely optional.  

Federal Law prohibits a school district to identify certain information as directory information, which may be released publicly without the permission of the parent. The Mead School District identifies this information as the following: name, address, telephone number, date and place of birth, major field of study, participation in activities and sports, weight and height of athletic team members, dates of enrollment, diploma and awards received an most previous school attended.

For security reasons, Colbert Elementary requires written permission from the parents/guardians of the students whose names, addresses and phone numbers are to be published in the school directory.
