I hereby indemnify and hold Normandy Park Thrill the World, Friends of Normandy Park Foundation, Normandy Park Towne Center, City of Normandy Park, its agents, employees, volunteers and organizers, harmless from any and all claims, including costs and attorney’s fees resulting there from, arising out of my participation in this event. Normandy Park Thrill the World, Friends of Normandy Park Foundation, Normandy Park Towne Center, City of Normandy Park, its agents, employees, volunteers and organizers assume no responsibility or liability for fire, theft, personal injury, or property damage of any kind. I agree to allow Normandy Park Thrill the World to release my name and photograph for promotional purposes. I agree that I am responsible for my own space and merchandise at all times, before, during and after the event. Vendors will be responsible for collecting any taxes, sales tax, and furnishing change. Vendors will be ready for sales by 1:00pm and remain open until 6pm. All vendors are responsible for their booth area clean up including disposal of trash. Trash and recycling receptacles will be provided. Vendors will keep displays within their booth and will not play loud music or create other disturbances. Setup: 8am to 1pm. Vendors must be ready for sales at 1:00pm. Load out: 6pm to 7:00pm. Do not take your booth down before 6pm. It is disturbing to other vendors and late event attendees. Vehicles can enter the area at 6:05pm or when safe to do so. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in the vendor not being invited to future events. I have read the above rules, understand these rules and agree to abide by them. *
