ArchivesSpace is seeking proposals for presentations and moderated discussions to be offered as part of our 8th Annual Member Forum in-person meeting, which will be held August 24, 2022, from 9:00am-12:30pm ET.

We hope to make this year's in-person meeting a casual and engaging experience.  We hope to use this time to give attendees a chance to "show off" their implementations of ArchivesSpace and the work they have undertaken over the past few years.  Presentations and discussions can be on anything related to your work using, developing, or actively contributing to the ArchivesSpace application and community.  Topics of particular interest include managing others working in ArchivesSpace (including interns, volunteers and students), large scale implementation or cleanup projects you or your organization have undertaken in either a remote or in-person environment, and presentations related to plugins or tools you have developed to work with ArchivesSpace.

Please use the form below to submit a short proposal. Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The last day that proposals will be accepted is August 8, 2022, and all notifications will be made by August 10, 2022.

Sessions will not be livestreamed and presenters will need to be physically present in Boston to present.
