- The invoice will be issued once the registration form submitted.
- Please make the payment BEFORE or DURING KLIFF 2020.
- Sponsorship will not finalize until payment has been received by CERT.
- All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit.
- All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
- Bank cheques, direct transfers and credit card payments will be accepted.

Sponsors’ responsibility:
It is the responsibility of sponsors to provide the materials listed in the package, once the
commitment has been made. The companies which get the most out of their sponsorships are those who
actively promote their presence at the conference and provide any required materials in a timely manner.

Sponsorship Acceptance Form:
Once your preferred sponsorship package has been negotiated, CERT Events Sdn. Bhd. will prepare a Sponsorship Acceptance Form for your signature. The Acceptance Form is to be signed and returned within the timeframe specified.

Sponsorship cancellation policy:
Sponsorship cancellations must be made in writing.

The entitlements listed in this document are offered on the basis that confirmation of a sponsor’s involvement is received prior to the deadline specified by CERT Events Sdn. Bhd. (e.g. production of promotional material).

CERT Events Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to amend these packages subject to change the format before and during the program.

Deadlines:
- Company logos, description and advert must be submitted before 8th February 2021. Any artwork receives after 8th February 2021 will not be in printed material or will be charged for the such sufficient amount.
- Please supply logo and advert in high resolution (minimum 200dpi) with bleed 10mm, colour format CMYK (no bmp files) Ai, eps, pdf or JPEG format only and other required information by email directly to: sponsor.kliff@cert.com.my
