1. Please log in at least 5 mins before the commencement of the session.
2. Mention your complete name same as the one used for registration in zoom before login. This will help us keep track of the audience pool
3. Keep your zoom in mute mode. In case you have some point to put forward, please request permission from the host by raising your hand in the zoom interface, after permission you can unmute yourself and ask.
4. As the speaker is a guest for the session, any kind of disturbing or unruly behavior will lead to expulsion from the session.
5. Please refrain from sharing the seminar link among yourselves. All attendees of the seminar need to be individually registered.
6. You are not supposed to take screen-grabs of the speaker or his presentation during the session or record the session completely or in parts. Non-compliance of this shall be considered an infringement of the institute's IPR and shall be dealt with accordingly.
7. To maintain the session decorum and avoid unwanted disturbances, the participants are by default on mute, if you wish to speak, please request the host through private chat messages to un-mute you.
8. For the purpose of engagement, connection, and knowledge sharing, you may like and share the institute's posts of the event on IIMB's social media handles.
