If this is an emergency, call 911 or contact Chief Nash or campus principal immediately IN PERSON. This form is to report any suspicion of a threat or a known threat to school safety or personal safety. Suspicious activities to report: statements of threat of violence/harm toward others; statements or knowledge someone having a weapon at school or says they will bring a weapon to school; if you believe someone has discussed or is planning an attack of violence toward the school or others; if someone has made statements of wanting to die or commit suicide; threats to harm others; any other concern related to school or personal safety that may not be mentioned in the above. You may remain anonymous. However, we will need as much detail as possible in order to investigate properly. If you choose to give your name, staff will work diligently to keep your name as an informant confidential. Anyone who knowingly makes a false report will face consequences.
