Bar Leadership Institute Survey on Microagressions in the Legal Profession
Thank you in advance for taking the time to help the participants of the Bar Leadership Institute understand microaggressions in the legal profession and judicial system. It is up to you how much information you provide, and all answers will be kept confidential.

This survey is intended to serve as a baseline of information for the participants to understand the frequency of microaggressions in the legal profession in preparation for an article to be published in the Arizona Attorney Magazine.

Microaggression definition -- “brief and commonplace daily verbal, behavioral, and environmental indignities, whether intentional or unintentional, which communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative slights, invalidations, and insults to an individual or group because of their marginalized status in society”
