About the CDIP Program
The goal of the California State University Chancellor's Doctoral Incentive Program (CDIP) is to increase the number of faculty with the qualifications, motivation, and skills needed to teach the diverse students of the CSU. CDIP prepares promising doctoral students for CSU faculty positions by providing financial support, mentorship by CSU faculty and professional development and grant resources.

To CDIP Faculty Mentors
Thank you for agreeing to mentor a student applying for the Chancellor’s Doctoral Incentive Program.  This form outlines your role and expectations, and we ask each mentor to complete this as a way of making those expectations transparent before faculty agree to participate.

Please complete the form if you are interested in becoming a faulty mentor.

More information about the Collaborative Plan and the mentor's role can be found on the Chancellor's Office website, here and here.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our campus coordinator Heidi Schumacher at Heidi.Schumacher@csun.edu.
