Born Again Breathwork is a gentle, supportive technique that is a wonderful way to enhance mindfulness and presence and just feel really great! Sound healing with crystal bowls brings specially tuned vibrations to the body, supporting it's natural healing processes, and makes an amazing complement to breathwork. We are so happy you will be joining our group session!

Please read the following before participating. Yes, it's just breathing, but it's very important to be sure your facilitator(s) are educated and certified as situations may arise when extra support is required and, generally, to keep all participants comfortable and well. Your enjoyment and safety are top priorities!

I understand that if I am taking any medications or have any pre-existing medical conditions such as, but not being limited to:
Schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, COPD, delicate pregnancy, high blood pressure or very low blood pressure with fainting history, PTSD, or recent major surgery that I must advise the facilitator/s before the session. You are advised to breathe only through the nose in this case.

I also understand that even though I have joined this meeting, I am responsible for any consequence (mental, physical or emotional) resulting from this Breathwork Session.

Susan Norrish (Nourish Breath & Brain), and Michelle Prosek (Conscious Art Creation) are not a substitute for consulting your doctor or medical care provider. In the event of known medical conditions, I certify that I have consulted a health professional regarding any condition (physical, mental or emotional) that could interfere with my judgment, or affect my health in any way during or after the session.

It is my choice to receive a vibrational sound therapy and I understand that the practitioner will be using gentle sound and vibration during the sessions on/around me. I understand that practitioners do not diagnose illness, disease, or physical or mental disorders, nor do they prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals. I acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and that is recommended I see a primary health care provider for those services. It is recommended for anyone with a pacemaker or metal in their body to get their doctor's approval for participation in sound bath sessions as the vibrations can have a strong influence those elements.
