Refunds will only be offered once medical evidence is received and verified by the promotor.  Please email promoter@leicestersharks.co.uk for consideration and treasurer@leicestersharks.co.uk with bank account details. As per the terms and conditions only withdrawals received by 18:00 the day before the meet will be considered for refunds.

Withdrawals won't be acknowledged unless proof of reason is attached and then will be processed once the meet has taken place.
