The disruption to normal life caused by the spread of coronavirus is causing mass re-neighbouring and changes in the way businesses and services interact with users. These responses have the makings of a fundamental shift towards a kinder, less divided society. But we must act now to create the conditions for change. The first step is to capture and learn from the inspiring relationship-centred responses that are popping up all around the world.
