We welcome illustrators to take part in the Exhibition of the 8th Independent International Festival of Book Illustration and Visual Literature MORS 2023.
To participate in the Exhibition, an illustrator must complete and submit the form below.
Applications are accepted until July 23th (Sunday, 23:59 Moscow time).
Responses to all applications will be sent to illustrators 24-27 July.
Please note that the Festival Committee reserves the right not to send negative replies due to a huge number of applications, we hope for your understanding.

Every participant of the Exhibition is required to pay a participant fee.
If you receive an email confirmation that your application has been accepted, please be ready to pay a fee within 3 working days after receiving the confirmation (via PayPal). In case of non-payment within the specified period, the application is automatically canceled.

The possible number of exhibited works is not less than 3 and up to 10, which implies an exposition of 1 to 3 series of works (the illustrations are planned to be assembled on sheets A2 / A1 or A0).

The participant fee is 75 euro. The fee includes:
— printing, installing* and exposition of illustrations;
— personal page in the Catalog;
— printed copy of the Catalogue;
— personal non-transferable entrance ticket for all four days of the Festival;
— participant’s certificate.

* The illustrator does not need to be present at the installation, we will do everything ourselves.

Hanging layouts and strips in the catalog are determined by the organizer independently.
Each participant is provided with not more than one exhibition stand and not more than one strip in the Catalogue.

The works exhibited at the Festival with copyright will be published in the Festival Catalog. Please note that not all works provided by the illustrator can be selected for the Catalog. The author's e-mail, phone number (optional) and other contacts if provided are added to the author’s page at the Catalog.

Each participant will get a copy of the Catalog at the venue during the Festival. If you want us to send the Catalog to you by post, please fill the corresponding field in the form below. Shipping is at the participant's expense.

The catalogs will be distributed among publishers. The electronic version of the Festival Catalog will be sent to our database of publishing houses and agencies.

At the Festival, the jury will determine two winners of the Festival, whose works will be presented at satellite exhibitions next year (2024).

You or your representative can pick up the MORS Catalog 2023 at the Festival venue (October 19-22). We can also send the catalog by Russian post (shipping the catalog in Russia costs 350 rubles). Shipping to other countries is discussed separately.
