This is a 4-month certification program. It requires an approximate time commitment of 16 hours per month. This includes 4 x 2.5 hour calls (held every other weekend), 2 x 90 min calls and bi-monthly integration practices, plus self study and assignments.

This certification will be offered with a trauma-informed, titrated, body-based and cyclical lens. 

We value natural and holistic approaches and encourage an open mind and willingness to unlearn our patriarchal conditioning.
