Torbotics Team 2080 wants to help your child launch into fun with science, technology, engineering, and math this summer!!!
We're excited to collaborate again with NASA's Stennis Space Center to present a series of 2 different week-long camp experiences! Astro Camp is an engaging, science-based camp designed to inspire youth of all ages to develop an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM). Our goal is to spark students' interest in learning the basics of engineering, rocketry, and robotics while having a ton of fun!
We will offer two age groups for camp each week:
* 6-9 year-olds
* 10-14 year-olds
All camps will be held in the Torbotics Engineering Workshop at the Medical Magnet Building on the Hammond High Magnet School campus. Camp drop-off and pick-up will be at the Medical Magnet Building on campus. Signs will mark the way. Camp times are 1 to 4 pm daily in June and 9 am to 12 pm in July. A snack will be provided.
To register your child for one of this year's camps, please fill out the form below. A team member will notify you by email to confirm receipt. Your child's registration will be secured once we receive the $100 registration fee for the week of camp you select below. All checks need to be made payable to Hammond High Magnet School with "Torbotics Summer Camp" noted on the memo line.
