Please fill out this form when you are ready to register for band. We are really excited to work with our new students, can't wait to try out some of our new tools and ideas, and make this year an awesome one!

I understand, and have reviewed with my child, the band expectations listed here in the handbook. I understand that there are two parts of the program (lessons during the day, and afterschool FULL GROUP band starting in October). I know that I am responsible for acquiring an instrument in good working order, a book, and a few supplies for my child before his/her first lesson (your band day soon after September 16th), and that the teachers have arranged for Breber Music to come to town so I can conveniently rent an instrument, if I choose. I understand that the rental meeting information is linked here and in the handbook, and have signed up for a time if I plan to rent an instrument through that company. I understand that band is a team commitment, and that attendance is a requirement for band, both for classes and concerts. By signing this form, I am signing my child up for the band program."
