If your students will be car riders one or more days a week, please submit their names on this form. We will be issuing new car rider tags for the 22-23 school year for everyone. Prior year car rider tags will NOT work in the car rider line. Each family will get 2 tags.  If additional tags are needed, they can be purchased at the car rider table during Open House.
