Adult CWF Sponsorship Application
Adult sponsors are needed to chaperone the 2021 Citizenship Washington Focus (CWF)Trip. This 10-day trip involves flights to Washington D.C. or New York City, busing while on the trip, and a flight home. While on the trip, adult sponsors are expected to attend all CWF related programming, monitor youth behavior and alert Extension Staff to any issues that occur. In order to become a sponsor, please fill out this form. Additionally, you must enroll on 4HOnline as a Volunteer in 2021, complete the background check and youth safety training, and an additional virtual training must be completed prior to the trip.

This application is due August 1, 2020.
