Please complete this form to register for tryouts for the Falcon cheer team for the 2025-2026 season. In-person tryouts will be hosted on the CUW campus from 8:30a- 1pm on April 12th. Please indicate any need for a virtual option in the appropriate section. Further information on the event will be communicated to registrants via email.
