The Fine Arts Collection is housed in two locations on campus: the Museum of the North and the Rasmuson Library. The form below is intended to gather information about your class needs and to help us determine together where is the best location to meet.

After submitting this form, we will follow up with you via email. If you have any questions or would like further discussion before submitting this form, please contact Fine Arts Collection Manager Della Hall at dchall@alaska.edu or 907-474-5102.

This may determine where we can meet.
Factors that may affect where we meet
Check as many as are important to you. It is okay if you do not check any or do not know what you prefer.
What are you interested in sharing with the class? (subject matter, mediums, specific artist names, etc.)
Fine Arts Collection staff will use this to pull together a database search to share with you to review.

Please note:
  • Unframed works on paper will be displayed flat on a table top surface for the structural integrity of the artwork.
  • Framed items may be hung, leaned, or displayed flat, depending on many factors.
Would you like to select the specific works, or would you like Fine Arts Collection staff to pull a range of items?
We can also do a combination approach.
Clear selection
Will you prepare talking points, or will the students just be looking quietly?
Fine Arts Collection staff will:
  • share the finalized list of items with you in advance
  • be on hand with the database available to answer questions about specific artists or artworks
  • make available books from our library that are relevant to specific works/artists
A copy of your responses will be emailed to .
