Complete this nomination form to nominate an Aiken Technical College student for the 2020 Human & Civil Rights Student Champion Award. The nominee must be a currently enrolled student and must meet at least one of the following criteria:

1. Helped to protect and advance the human and civil rights of students on campus
2. Be an active member of a service organization on campus
3. Worked to build inclusive and diverse partnerships with students and faculty on campus
4. Participated in a campus project or assignment that identifies and encourages the values of diversity, inclusion and belonging

Any supportive materials for the nomination can be emailed to marketing@atc.edu. Please be sure to include the nominee's name in the email. Examples of supportive materials include: resume, article links or news clippings, newsletters, programs, certificates, citations, photographs, class assignment, and reference letters.

Nominations will ONLY be accepted via this form.

Deadline to submit nominations and any supportive materials is 5 p.m. Friday, November 22.
