If I have significant challenges to my emotional regulation (neurological, mental health, substance use issues, etc.), I will seek support from additional resources and practitioners. This group is best suited to individuals who are generally able to manage their emotional reactivity in most arenas in life.

The facilitator has the right to deny access to participants who cannot behave respectfully in the group, including insulting, hateful or dismissive communication.
