All times are assigned by the student last name. This is an attempt to make it easier on parents, so you can get all your chromebooks at once. Please note that although you may pick up all chromebooks at one time, YOU MUST SUBMIT THIS FORM FOR EACH STUDENT SEPARATELY. You must also pay the $25 technology use fee for EACH chromebook you are picking up.

Tuesday, August 4th
8am to 11:30am – ALL Students with last names A - C
12:30 to 4pm – ALL Students with last names D – F

Wednesday, August 5th 8am to 11:30am – ALL Students with last name G    
12:30 to 4pm – ALL Students with last names H – L

Thursday, August 6th
8am to 11:30am – ALL Students with last name M
12:30pm to 4pm – ALL Students with last names N – Q

Friday, August 7th
 8am to 11:30am – ALL Students with last names R - S
 12:30 to 4pm – ALL Students with last names T – Z
(FOR STUDENT) I understand that I must pay a nonrefundable $25 technology fee. This fee covers technology use and the replacement of ONE (1) screen if cracked or damaged. It does not cover any other damage.
