Vote for the intersections you think should be painted next along Center Street. After we select a location, we’ll ask for designs we can call vote on and for volunteers to join the painting party. Foster Powell received a grant to cover painting supplies for one intersection and may be able to stretch that amount to two, so if you have two intersections in mind, vote for them both!
Finally, if a group of neighbors wants to paint an intersection, but it doesn’t get voted up to the top for funding, stay in touch. The neighborhood association can help coordinate a street closure, gather design submissions, plan a neighborhood painting party, and can look for more funding sources. If you’ve got the people and the energy, we’ll help get it done. The more street painting the merrier.
