Please note the price of submission is $500 for one full page and $275 for a half page. You will be able to pay directly below. Once you have completed this form and your submission has been approved by our editors, your honor roll submission will be placed into page form and we will send you a PDF for approval. If you have any questions at all, please email amy@missourilife.com or call 573.514.5453. We will send you a final copy of the PDF for framing and an issue that contains the page as well.
