Gen Con 2024 Complimentary GM Hotel Request Form
Use this form to request a complimentary room in the GM hotel block for Gen Con this year. Rooms in the GM hotel block are provided on a limited basis to help ensure GMs and events organizers can properly manage their events.

Access to the GM block is never guaranteed and should only be viewed as a backup plan if you are unable to secure lodging another way (e.g. the general attendee block, exhibitor housing, etc.).

This form is only for complimentary rooms. If you need any additional rooms at your own expense (even if you will submit for reimbursement for a portion of the bill), you must submit the Self-Pay GM Hotel Request Form.

Complimentary rooms are only offered to independent gaming groups. If you represent a company or sponsored group, you must submit the Self-Pay GM Hotel Request Form to secure a room at your own expense.

If you want to request multiple rooms, you must submit this form once for each separate room you want to request. One complimentary room (based on assumed 4-person occupancy) can be requested for every
800 player-hours of Active events the group is running.

Do not submit placeholder names or temporary data. Only the names listed on final reservations should be staying in the room and will be allowed to check into the hotel.

Complimentary GM Hotel Requests will not be reviewed and processed until after the GM hotel request deadline. Refer to the Event Host Policy for full details and requirements to be eligible for complimentary GM Hotel Rooms.

Additional nights can be added to your reservation later, once the complimentary nights have been booked. You will receive a separate email with instructions and a booking link.  Charges for additional nights are solely at your expense.
