In the circumstance where there is a separated family, the Departments system requires for one parent to be listed as the residential parent/address and for one parent to be listed as the non residential parent/address. In cases of 50/50 shared care, this is still the process. Both parents will be given full access to all relevant information relating to their child, other than if there is a court order in which you will need to let the school know and supply the relevant paperwork.
