AEF 2020 Course Withdrawal Request Form
Students who complete this "Withdrawal Request Form" and submit it prior to the final deadlines will have no record of the summer course on their transcript. Please fill out this form for each class you are withdrawing from.

*1st Session Withdrawal Deadline: Friday June 26th
Courses beginning June 15th and ending July 1st - Withdraw by Friday June 26th to have no record of the course on your transcript.

*2nd Session/10 Credit Course Withdrawal Deadline: Friday, July 17th
Courses beginning July 6th and all 10 credit courses - Withdraw by Friday, July 17th to have no record of the course on your transcript.

REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS issued for cancellation requests received after June 17th for 1st Session and 10 Credit courses or after July 8, 2020 for 2nd Session courses.
