Encounter Church’s property is private and the right of admission is at all times reserved to the public, its employees and volunteers. Any persons entering Encounter Church’s property and/or using the Church’s facilities during the Level 3 Covid-19 lockdown:
- Do so entirely voluntarily and at his/her own risk and neither Encounter Church nor Encounter Church’s directors, management, volunteers or any employees shall be liable in any manner whatsoever for:
o Any claim or damage arising or suffered either directly or indirectly from personal injury or harm whatsoever, sickness, including death, or any damage whether direct or indirect to personal or other property whatsoever, and howsoever caused.
o Shall, by doing so, be deemed to indemnify Encounter Church against any liability for damages or death, howsoever caused.
Each person entering the property is required to wear a face mask, use hand sanitizer, comply with the induction procedure and be screened every time as part of the new policies and procedures related to Covid-19. When submitting this form, you agree to above.
