The Elmwood Business Association (EBA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is sponsoring “Music in the Elmwood” Sunday April 28th 2024 12pm-5pm.

The purpose of “Music in the Elmwood” is to support Elmwood merchants, restaurants, musicians and give back to the community through the celebration of music. The live music will be outdoors. The style is a concentration of street performers in various locations with enough space for crowds to gather & enjoy the music.  All musicians will benefit by the exposure they will receive at this event, busking, sale of any of your material, & promotion of your future engagements is encouraged.  Given the “street performance” nature of the event, bands with their own portable sound equipment, with moderate amplification, due to space constraints, sound permitting issues, may have a better opportunity of being selected for this event. We can provide a power source at most locations.

We are inviting the residents of the surrounding Berkeley, Oakland, neighborhoods to join us for an amazing day of music, entertainment, sales, kid’s activities, and more.
